+ How long have you been in business?

We opened Superior Roofing & Siding in 2016; however, our family has been in this business for the past 25 years.

+ What is included in a free estimate?

We provide a thorough inspection of your existing system and answer any questions you have. Soon after, we follow up with a detailed estimate that includes the scope of work for the products and services you are interested in and we will spend time covering all of the details -- when it comes to your project there will be no surprises.

+ Is a complete roof or siding replacement always the answer?

No. If the integrity of your roof or siding is not compromised our team will let you know so a repair can be done. (Please note: we specialize in complete replacements but are happy to refer companies that focus on smaller projects.)

+ How much will this cost?

We wish we could give a specific answer, but the truth is -- it depends. Several factors go into determining the cost of your new roof, such as the quality of the workmanship, the type and grade of roofing product you select and the size of your roof. While price is a big factor, don't let it be the only one. If any corners are cut the manufacturer's warranty will be void and chances are, you will have to get another roof much sooner than you hoped.

+ How will you protect the rest of my house and yard while you work?

Our team will set up temporary plywood to protect your house and immediate landscaping, and conduct a thorough cleanup daily. Materials will remain on the roof during installation, but nails will be retrieved, tools will be packed and your property will remain in its original condition.

+ How long will it take to complete my project?

It is very uncommon that it takes our team more than one business week. Once we begin working on your project we will not move on to another home until yours is 100% complete. To ensure your home is properly waterproofed we will secure it nightly and remain working the following day.

+ What should I do if I have an emergency?

Please call us and we will help you evauate your situation and assist you at any hour if it's deemed necessary.

+ What should I do if I have a problem or question after the work is completed?

Please contact us right away. Additionally, upon request we will conduct a one-year inspection to ensure your new system is performing exactly as it should.
